2017 | opaline and crystal glass | mold–blowing, cutting, polishing, gluing | 10×13×13cm

This set of opal glass bowls was created in collaboration with the Astera Glass Company as part of a new product line, presented at Decorex International 2017.
The bowls consist of two precisely joined parts: a delicate upper section and a solid lower base, whose contrast of fragility and stability became a key theme in my later work. The design also builds on my earlier collections Carmine White and Beer Glasses, continuing my exploration of timeless forms for contemporary use.
