2016 | crystal glass | mold–blowing, cutting, polishing | 24×12×12cm (carafe), 9.5×9×9cm (cups)

This beverage set is inspired by the work of Czech glass artist František Vízner.
In particular, I drew from the elegant forms of his jardinières designed for UNION Glassworks and tableware created for BOMMA. My goal was to find my own interpretation, combining Vízner’s legacy with my personal approach. I regard his work as timeless, and whenever I present Czech glass abroad, I always make sure to mention his name.
